Ordered shipping only item later charged me 98.54 dollars for a ladies watch. Performed online survey about Kroger100 dollar reward and there was gifts suppose to be for that value and was to pay only shipping watch. Watch showed up and they proceeded to charge my debit card 98.54$, a few weeks later. Very misleading. Should be illegal! I didn't see anything that said pay 98.54 later.
