After offering me a watch for under $7 to cover shipping and handling and saying it was Swiss made and all I had to do was try the watch out I received a watch with no brand name just China stamped on the back. Yesterday my credit card was charged $98.95 for the watch. When I was finally able to reach the company they said the reason for the charge was that I did not return the watch within 15 days. I never saw this on the instructions for trying the watch. This is an absolute scam and selling china made watches as Swiss watches is a crime. The company told me the instructions were located on the brochure but I sure do not see them. Since the offer came by mail with everything else that is sent bundled together with legitimate offers I tried it. The company after 3 contacts canceled my membership. They will not refund the money for my Swiss/China watch. This may not be illegal but it is criminal and unethical. Aren't there suppose to be ethical laws for business ? I am sure these brochures went out to thousands of people. This is a corrupt company and this needs to be stopped.
