I ordered and paid for several articles from [email protected] on August 7, 2023. I purchased the items for $70.90 US on my credit card. In late August I received a $5 leg brace. I contacted the company and they were sorry that I had not received my product but I could send it back to China and arrangements would be made to get my proper order. I spent $43.86 Canadian in postage and returned the item to their return address is: 1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. I was informed that my original products ordered were no longer available and they offered to pay me 60% refund of my original order. I refused and asked for my original order amount and the postage to send the wrong package back. I received 2 emails dated October 24th and November 2nd that the refund was being processed. I was again informed on November 6th that the refund was in progress. I have been emailing this company regularly since this date and have received no emails from this company since November 2nd. I emailed the company for the last time today, December 7th and informed this company that I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as a Scammer so others do not get caught in this same trap that I did.
