I was researching 'hydrogen water bottles' online & the ad for this particular bottle from this company 'Aqua Elevate' from Niagara Falls, NY came up on my feed. I ordered the bottle online, gave my credit card info, they charged my card $82 'SP Shopelfkit.com, Niagara Falls, NY, & said my order was confirmed - Dec. 20/23.

I followed up via email several times & they won't even answer my emails. I feel they are a scam & stole my money. Thank you.
