Same experience as others. Ordered filter in January 2020 from Water Filter Mall, paid through PayPal, never received filter. Tried to go to website to find out what happened, website no longer working.

I order filters from this website and received them last year and so Ordered again last month but never received them. Sent multiple emails to them with no response. I used PayPal to pay and it shows an bogus name. It seems to be SCAM and I’ve been taken

I ordered from this site back in 2018 but everything went through and I received my filters. So Feb 2020 I went back to the website, which worked and had my previous order and all. Now the website doesn't work, it's June 2020, I got charged for my product and never got an invoice or product. Also the invoice on PayPal shows a different email account linked to the company. So I don't know what happened over the last few years, but doesn't seem to be legit anymore.

We ordered water filters from this website and never received them. When you try to contact the company the phone number automatically goes to a voicemail and then it says the voicemail is full and cannot receive messages. There is also never a response from the email they provide if you send them a complaint. We reported this to our credit card company and it has been reported as a scam.

I found this site while searching for water filters for my refrigerator. I ordered two on the website a month ago. The payment went through immediately (via PayPal) but I have not yet received a shipping notification. I have a feeling this site is a scam. I have tried emailing the company for a shipping update, but with no response.

When I received the PayPal receipt, the payee name was in Asian lettering.
