This company is a scam. We ordered two masks back in July 2019 and have emailed twice since but still haven't gotten anything. It appears that the email address and the original website that we ordered from are also not good anymore.

Purchased online product in July 2019. Followed up with multiple emails and phone calls- no response was ever received. Attempted to dispute transaction with Amex who said it was too late to dispute- absolute fraudulent transaction with no support provided for recovery of funds,

Ordered two (2) snorkeling masks from their website in July 2019. Never delivered and contacted their support center. A Kathy responded that the product was being shipped but had not gone out yet and I would be notified when it was sent. Never received. Have contacted their office a number of times over the last 2 months by phone and email but there has been no response. Last email bounced back saying email address was not valid (who knows). Their website is still active and if you call their office it goes to a "voicemail" message that sounds like it was recorded on a 1980's type answering machine.

Not the end of the world since it wasn't a lot of money ($70 for 2 masks) but not the point. Wanted to receive the product and never received what they advertised (or anything). Looks like the scamming started around the same time because all of the complaints started from orders in July. Anything earlier - it seems like they were delivering their product. Probably ran into business problems and decided to just take advantage as long as they can.

I purchased 2 water lung masks on July 18th, 2019. Had a few email conversations with the support team and everything stopped. Haven't anything from them in weeks. Now the email destination doesn't exist and there's a recording when you call the helpline saying they'll get back to you.
