Ordered a rainbow air purification system via home show on 1/16/2021. Changed mind 1/17/2020. Found the cancellation form in my financing documents. Sent form back via mail on 1/19/2021. However, cannot find this company online to verify address or how to return merchandise. Home presenter did not answer facebook and I cannot get anyone to return email, calls, etc.
