My finace ordered me one of their crystal advent calanders. And 2 weeks past and I realized it still wasnt here after we paid for fast shipping for it to be here. So I emailed the email adress they had on their facebook account. And it took someone DAYS to get back to me. And they only reply 11pm-12am. And they were telling me the package was successfully delivered when it wasnt. I got 0 proof it was. No notification. I didnt even get a thing to track my package. And when they were telling me it was "delivered" they were just telling me. Not even showing me proof. So i finally threatened to report them. And thats when they changed their story. And said they misread it. And it actually failed to deliver. And they would get me a refund. Ive been waiting for a refund now for almost 3 weeks. And they keep giving me stupid excuses now for the refund now. And they arent giving me my money back. I placed this order at the bigining of November. And Ive been arguing with them for almost 1 ½ months now. Its ridiculous. I just want my momey back for the product i never recived.
