Was looking for river floats and it came up on facebook and tiktok. Decided to purchase. Received an email stating they received my order on 7/16/23 and that it would be shipping soon. I used shop to pay but the app couldnt pull a tracking number but i didnt think much about it cause it hadnt shipped yet. On 7/19/23 i received an email stating it had shipped and the email supplied the tracking number. I then started tracking it thru Parcel, the site seemed to be specific to the tracking number. It was coming from china so it was taking a bit. I followed its progress until it got to Utah and then it said "delivered". But it wasnt delivered, it never even in the correct state. I tried reaching out to parcel and waterwhale with no response. It has been over a month since ordered and i have little hope. I tried to reach out to waterwhale again today and their website is gone/not working. I have no way to get ahold of them. I tried the shop app w/o any luck as well. Will not be using that in the future as well.
