sent confirmation email and then sent shipment info with tracking number. then i got a delivery confirmation and clicked on it and item was supposedly delivered to a mailbox in Brooklyn, NY--not my address. I contacted them multiple times asking for new item or credit my card. no response from them.

I placed an order on July 17th. I never received any other information from the company besides the confirmation when I placed the order. Thankfully I took a screenshot of that. The money was deducted from my account. Multiple attempts to contact them with no reply. Now their website is no longer a valid site.

It was a float for the pool/lake. I emailed the company multiple times with no response. I received an email it was shipped weeks ago but no tracking information

I ordered the " waterwhale " on 7-17/23.
It says " delivered" on the tracking site. I never received this and no one is returning my emails requesting assistance.

They advertise in TikTok and they have a website but you never get your package. It shows a tracking number but then will show delivered 3 weeks later to a PO Box with no number or Usps real tracking number.

I went to the website provided after seeing an ad on a social media platform. I made the purchase and my account was charged shortly thereafter. It shows it was charged to a company in Mississauga (a city in Canada). I couple of days later I was provided a shipment confirmation email from the same email address. The email included a tracking number and tracking link. It showed as being shipped from China. The link when clicked now shows that it was from Santa Ana, CA to Santa Ana, CA. It also shows that is has been delivered, to Santa Ana, CA. When I emailed the company twice, I never got a response.

They are selling a product at an incredible discount on TikTok. I had no idea these pool floats would be $600 until I tried to look this company up on Amazon and their marketing comes off pretty legitimate.

Scammer is selling the water hammock for pools/beach/lake under a company name of water whale at a fraction of original price. They send fake tracking numbers through a known scamming tracking app. They had over 170 5 star reviews on website and will delete any 1 star review that comes through. Now all reviews have been deleted
