I was sent an email thanking me for my purchase of Microsoft Office 365 for 379.69 on 7-7-23 at 7:11pm. I was sent a copy of the purchase with a number to cancel. I called to cancel they want me to put number into my computer to cancel I said just cancel and give me a verification number of the cancellation and they hung up on me.
