I paid $1,000 for a Puppy...to be flown and delivered to me. Then the day it was to arrive I was contacted by the “agency” that the pet flys with that I have to pay an additional $1,520 for insurance or I will be taken to court. They claim they are holding the dog for 12hours. And that if I do not them the money then they will hold my dog for 2 months and turn me in for animal abuse. Oh and I will get a court summons if I don’t respond in 48 hours. I’m an [censored]. And I just want other people to not be taken. And they use the USUNIVERSALDELIVERY.COM as their “transport” same people. Same voice. Only this person hung up on me. And now I get no responses. I’m assuming the dog never existed but I’m sick to think that a dog could be sitting somewhere. It’s disgusting what these people do. I just want to know the animal is safe. If there ever was one. This was Milo. Who I was supposed to get. I paid $1,000 to have him shipped. And I’m stupid for doing it.

If i saw your message before ill not be now a heartbroken! the same happened to me and looks like this is the same person but different names and company! The seller has a website in which shows many chow chow pappies!
The seller states he's from Arizona, said his name is Fernandes! He even sent me a contract for signature and asked for 1250 USD! I payed. A day later the seller send me the shipment details with a tracking number.! Every thing seemed to be real so far.
On the same night, I received a phone call from - international pet carrier transport- that i must change the crate to an electronic ventilated crate and this is an obligation not to harm the puppy. Off course i agreed and he ask from me to pay this time 1500 USD and states its refundable once i receive the puppy. Next day the shipment status was on hold and I received a call from the company that there is a problem, the puppy without insurance and i need to pay1855 USD this time!otherwise the puppy will not be delivered! I was so stupid , i paid. He always asked me to buy credit gift cards in order to pay ! From my point of view- ill never harm a person or an animal and the fact this "fake" puppy was waiting so long caused me stress and i was ready to do everything needed to prevent this puppy from suffering.
Today in which was supposed to be the delivery day, the tracking status showed that the puppy has been shipped from Arizona to north Dakota USA. The status was updated -on hold for the reason the puppy doesn't have immunization to his age. I know its too late but only then I noticed and realized that something going wrong, how everytime I receive a phone call from the same person! 3 days shifts?! No sense.I argued with him and told him that regarding the contract that i signed- forsure the puppy received his vaccinations. I told him ill call the seller, and then he said to me - ok! Lets see who will answer you now. The sentence was with so much confidence that the seller for sure will not answer.! when i called the seller - the phone number is no longer exists! I called the company back asking for his full name and that I'm going to report this to the police.
I didn't hear from him since then.
I became a victim of fraud and i lost above 5000 USD! But what makes me a heart broken is that I prepared my self for the puppy and bought all what needed. My whole family was waiting for her. its also the self disappointment! How is that possible i didn't pay attention to all the details. I blame my self but i also believe that this scam was so professional.
Please be careful . I see that he used different company name in 2021.!
Hope this person will be arrested one day and all the money he stole from me and other people will be paid on his medical health issues!

Scammer is pretending to sell puppies online at very good deals and to deliver those puppies by AIR to you . Only contact info they have is an email address . Location Unknown same as no phone contact . I didn't been victimized. There are hundreds and thousands of all kind of scams online and by phone and I try report it . But it's a very bad communication and coordination and no much effort at all from State or Federal Authorities to do anything about it. Cyber Crime Unit and FTC are Not Enough good . They are techniques that personnaly I can point to Authorities the place or people or person Scamming and doing Illegal activities ,especially RoboCalls soliciting money and posing as all and any Governamental Institution . RoboCalls and live person calls. Nobody listen to all my complaints nor the Techniques I point to authorities especially FBI , Attorney General Office or IL. State District Attorney , IL Governors Office , IRS , just to name a few that i contact and try report Fraudulent Business Practices , Fraud , Drug Dealer activity and threating me and neighbor and his tenants etc.....from last 4 plus years and local Streator police and City and Mayor don't do anything , to including Karen Donelly DA in Ottawa and they set me up cause my former fiance that moved here from Florida and live across street from me sign complaint against me for letting her food and medication at door steps , and IL DA office trying and interfere with Florida court to find me guilty no matter what ,so corrupted Public Defender coerced me to plead guilty so I avoid to see to Trial my fiance . Same DA never served me back in 2018 and now I know they take advantages of people with Mental Health . Or mental Impairment or shirt term memory after TBI like myself ,or my former fiance with a Mood Change Disorder. Need file now written complains to Dozen State and Federal Agencies cause they put in prison no matter who . Corruption all over. A person that struggle to have a family and seek Family Counseling and Mental Help endup jail while Gangster and Drug Dealer is looming Streator streets and nobody cares . Police came over 50 plus times here on my calls , cause neighbors scared of this criminal to not short them. I'm the only one report it . Trident Task Force and IL troopers aware of situation . Same FBI and IL Governor's Office . Nobody cares. Local , State , Federal Agencies are all bad bad coordinated. Nobody do anything until people are hurt or killed. How can we prevent all this and have quiet peacefully Communities ??? When nobody listen nor care ??? Same thousands All Kind of Scams online and RoboCalls . That I try to keep track of them and report .
