Wattel holding/ global gate shipping group of scammers

I was looking for refurbished laptops on alibaba and they send me an email with low prices after making the payment he sent the laptops and with tracking number, after 1 day, I receive an email of the shipping company global gate shipping, that says I have to pay the insurance not paid by the seller, I talked with both of them, they say its like that, after I sent the payment, they said that the package were there for many days so I have to add more money, I said that normally when a client buy one thing he does not have to buy something again, and I argue with them for many days its only now I realized this was a group of scammers. I want to know please of there is a way to pursue them, they said Wattel holding was the name of the company when i search on maps, I see a house but cant know if its them. How can I get my money back?
