I called number and was greeted with hello and nothing else The voice sounded like someone from India. . First time I said I did not subscribe to some sort of protection on my devices. He told me I needed to fill out a form but could only do it on my computer which I did not have with me. I told him I wanted it cancelled now and he hung up on me. I called back and was not sure if the same man, and told him I did not subscribe to this and cancel it now. The email says it would automatically renew for a year. Once again, he told me I could only do it on the website on a computer. I look at the email and no website is on it. He told me to call when I was on a computer and he would give me the website address. I was hung up on again
