There are MANY bad reviews and complaints about this website being a scam (I found after my order issue). They promise you a free order if you just cover shipping. I, like many others, have waited months to receive anything and contacted them multiple times with he email bouncing back. Now, theor website has been completely taken down and doesn’t exist. None of us received any refunds or products.

Wavy Lifestyle Co. offered numerous clothing and miscellaneous items for "free" just pay shipping. So many people, including myself, were scammed by the company and never received our items or responses from the company after paying exorbitant shipping costs. Luckily, I completed the transaction through PayPal and was able to open a dispute and receive my money back.

This company has now rebranded itself as "wavy." at thisiswavy.com. This is the SAME company attempting to continue scamming innocent people. Something needs to be done about this. The company blatantly ignores messages from customers, has disabled the Wavy Lifestyle Co. email, rebranded their facebook page to delete any posts and comments accusing them of fraud, and are now just moving the entire scam over onto a new website to continue the fraud.

Bought a clothing item online which never arrived. Money taken and tracking number provided, but received no updates. Only upon researching the company did I see all the complaints and realized I had been scammed. Stay away from this company!
