I found that wayrates.com sells counterfeit Carhartt products and request a serious investigation.And they blocked the display on the computer and only showed it to the mobile phone customers, which is very cunning.

Ordered a "Mens All-terrain Versatile Tactical Jacket" from the website wayrates.com and when I received the product, it was not the same one as advertised on their website. The product was a thin layer of fabric sheet cut and sewed to only look like the item being advertised on their website. It's not even a jacket! it's a thin robe that barely protects you from any wind and rain. False advertisement scam!

I made a purchase on WayRates.com I order 4 items a Jacket @ 51.89, a sweater @ 21.89, pair of Pants @ 48.89, the T shirt was a gift. The sent me the Swear, Pants and the gift T-Shirt. I order a 31.5 waist pants they sent me a 33.5 waist pants, and I order a L sweater the sent me an XL sweater. I did not receive the Jacket, it is has been processing for over a month. When I contacted them they wanted to give me a 31. dollar store voucher and told me to keep the cloths. Never mention anything about the JAcket they did not send me. I told them I have no use for the cloths because they don't fit, and asked them for a return process for a refund. They stop talking to me at this point, and have my jacket. The return policy on ther website is If the items are incoorect they would process a refund and allow me to return the item. Basically they are stone walling me for my money back or any agreement to return the items. And pretty much rip me off on the 51.89 for the Jacket they did not send me.

ORDERED A NICE LOOKING LEATHER VEST, COULD SEE THE TAG SAID, ORVIS, I THOUGHT MAYBE THIS WAS OVERSTOCK OR SOMETHING. WHAT I GOT WAS A CHEAP, PAPER THIN VEST. NOW I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NAND AFTER REQUESTING I SEND THEM PICTURES. THEY RESPONDED TO KEEP THE VEST - WHICH I DON'T WANT - IT'S LIKE A HOLLOWEEN COSTUME & 2 TO 3 SIZES TO SMALL. THEY OFFER ME 16 AUSTRALIAN $$, AS FAR AS I CAN TELL AMOUNTING TO LESS THAN HALF THE AMOUNT I SPENT.

NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED CONTACTING ME. STAY AWAY!!!

Placed order on clothing, material sent was no even close to size ordered, 1 item was missing. Items were sent from a California address,returned items to that address with proof of tracking. I notified later that I was supposed to send it to China. I was never sent a refund. Amount charged to me was 184 dollars. Paypal was no help. This company posees a US business and ships locally but wants you to return products to China at your expense.

I ordered 3 pair of shorts from this company they took a month to arrive. The website made it appear they were us based but really from china. I pair of the shorts were way to small with a med. tag, another wrong color and the third was not even close to what I had ordered. The clothes were cheaply made, the material was very thin and not durable. I had no luck getting ahold of anyone they just blow me off. The shorts were 40+ bucks a piece. what a ripoff stay away from wayrates.
