It might be a stretch to say that this is an outright scam but the product that I received from them via Amazon was missing parts and as a result was unusable. Unfortunately this was not a small purchase. I am crossing my fingers that I can at least emerge with a refund. I thought that I would at the very least post on here in order to warn others before they fall for their false advertising.
