I had a pop-up ad come up on my Chrome browser that informed me that I had the Zeus virus. I assumed it was from Microsoft or my operating system (Windows 10) that notified me. So I called the provided phone number. The man that picked up posed as a microsoft employee and talked me into giving him control of my computer and credit card information to remove the virus and restore my firewall.
