We bought airline tickets and later received a call saying that they would not process our request until we paid an extra for services that were already included in the airlines package. we decline and check our reservations on the airline page and realized that the request had not been made, when we asked, they proceeded to tell us that the request would take time and that we would need to pay the extra fare. We then realized that it would be too much extra expenses so we requested a refund since but they refused even though their policy is that we have a right to a refund within 72 hours of the flight, which we qualified for. They asked to see a screenshot of their policy on their own page and proceeded to block my email instantly.
