This company claims that they will cremate animal remains. They are extremely friendly in the beginning, but then stop answering phone calls. They told me that it would take up to 2 weeks to get my dog's remains back, but it was been over a month. The last communication I had with them was 3 weeks after the initial call, when they asked me to send a picture of my dog for the urn. I'm at week 5 now and I can't get anyone on the phone.
