I requested to have 2 rooms and stairs cleaned, by We Clean Carpet (313.277.9403). Spoke with Danielle and was quoted an out the door price of $89.50. Once the Contractor (Mystic Carpet) showed up he told me that $102.67 was due. I explained to him that I was quoted $89.50. He explained to me that it didnt include tax, and that We Clean Carpet was not in MI and that the tax was based on their home state and that an environmental fee had been added. I spoke with Daniel Allgood at the home office and he told me "most people don't complain about the taxes and fees." I informed him that when his representative states out the door the consumers assumes that all fees are included and that if that's not the case that his company should disclose that at the time that the appointment is set. I also told him that I would be filing this complaint and his response, "I'd like to see you follow through with it. And if you do i'll come right to my desk." I will never do business with this company again and wanted to ensure that consumers know that this company does not operate ethically.
