Sarah T**** assured me that the puppy was a product from her own two dogs, claimed they were Canadian Kennel Club registered, and we were willing to pay the steep price since this puppy was coming from Canada and not a puppy mill. We were wrong.
Our puppy arrived to us in a used travel crate. We noticed shredded Ukrainian newspaper inside the crate. He had a Ukrainian vaccination sticker inside his vaccination booklet. We called Sarah and her aggressive boyfriend got on the phone with us and laughed “you have no proof”. We ended up getting them to agree to reverse the transaction, as we could not support these types of people and business. It was an extremely painful experience.
Because of my experience and then what happened with a flight of puppies from Ukraine to Toronto in June 2020, I was put in contact with other people who were also duped by Sarah T****.
