Googled Tv repair and received company & name. Called and they explained what my problem was and how company operated. Explained that I would order part over phone and receive part within 48hours. Once part was received, I’d call the number, name and extension given to set up appointment to repair TV. It’s been 7 days and NO part yet. I called number given and spoke to someone on 3-4 occasions and still waiting on representative to call back.
