Personal (Portfolio) Loan

I applied a personal loan with a Business called Equibility Finance based out in Chicago. They promised me loan of 100000k for 2.25% interest rate if i make some payments to We Trust LLC as it is a Portfolio Loan. As i need the funds, i did the wire transfer for various amounts to We Trust LLC. The payments were attached. As they keep on asking for money due to some steps in the process not met properly and not granting the loan, i asked them to cancel my file.

Equibility Finance did cancel and send the request to We Trust LLC. Now both these companies are not returning my amounts including the compensation amount i paid to them. They are delaying so much and i think something fishy behind this. In this regards, want to go ahead and file a complaint against both these companies.

The first file would tell the amount i need to get. Equibility Finance sent to We Trust LLC on 04/13/2022 for cancellation. We Trust LLC responded on 04/18/2022 and that is it, no further response on what is happening. They are keeping my money and enjoying.
