This seller advertised a fragrance oil called "Hareem Al Sultan" when I received what I am thinking I purchased is a total counterfeit product. The bottle does not says Hareem Al Sultan, the content is water and the bottle came broken. The seller first agreed to refund me $5.00 out of $31.96 I paid; then they want me to send back to China the product for a full refund. The seller knows better that you can send "fragrances" to China from USA because the carriers consider it hazardous/flammable. (There is nothing here to become a flame because the content is water). However, one must declare what is that you are sending; then the price to send anything to China obviously exceeds 5x the price I paid and they know this very well. I offered to send back the product to the sender located in Los Angeles California and they insist me to send it to China. I will not paid any carrier $200.00 to send back a counterfeit product that I paid $31.96. However I would like the ScamPulse.com to report this seller so he can't scam more people anymore. Please take action with this seller before he scams someone else. Thanks *********
