Numerous Ads for wearfelicity.com on Instagram. Website looks legit. Once I ordered I got couple emails saying it was being worked on and then was delayed. After numerous attempts to contact and question Wearfelicity, they ghosted me. No contact other than send a message is allowed. No phone number for customer service. Should have done my research!

I placed an order through the Wear Felicity website on November 29th, 2024. On December 4th, I received an email stating my order was in production stages. This seemed very early to send an email for such a custom made product, so I thought that was weird. They sent me a link to view more shipping information, which only shows their typical shipping times. Daily, I check tracking through their site and it still shows to be unfulfilled. I've requested a customer service rep contact 3x with no response, ever. Through more research, I found that hundreds of people are dealing with this issue and that product NEVER arrives. I am submitting a request for refund through my bank, but people need to beware of this scamming company. I'm not sure how they are still in business! I submitted a cancellation through them with still no contact from the company. Losing out on 50 bucks isn't the end of the world, but it's the fact that they have a strong reputation to never ship product and to keep your money which is a big issue!

Website is advertised all over social media as a jewelry company. I was intrigued so I ordered. Over 3 weeks later, no contact has been made by them and when I reach out to get an update there is no response. Don’t believe this is a legitimate business
