I received a message from my credit card company that Wear the Shield tried to charge my card a month later, but it was denied because they had the old credit card number. At no point did I sign up for a re-occurring order or give permission to charge my card. I then called the credit card company again to discuss the whole situation and they agreed that it was an unwanted charge as I could not stop the transaction or return the filters that cost $20.00 and the tye dyed masks that cost $29.70. They reached out to the company and did not get a satisfactory answer from Wear The Shield. Also, the credit card company was concerned that Wear the Shield tried to charge my credit card 5 times in 4 days in the past week. Thank goodness they don't have my new credit card number. The credit card fraud specialist at Capital One asked me to please file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Even though the lost money to me was $49.70, I had to get a new credit card and this company is desperately trying to continuously charge my account.
