I made a purchase for hair trimmer. I ended up finding the same item 30$ cheaper so I brought it. On the website that I made the first purchase policy stated I could contact them within one hour and cancel the sale. I sent 3 emails and got no response. The product was shipped and I received it. I wanted to return it but they refused to send me a shipping label. I should proof to my CC and they agreed I followed there company's policy (I had a screenshot of it) I spent 7 months fighting it. In the end I lost the money. I did have the product but they refused to pay for the return. This company's website cant be assessed. It's a scam. I found other people who had the same issues w returns and item not working. The funny thing is I put the hair trimmer on sale on ******, it finally sold after months of being on sale and I come to find out it doesn't work from the buyer. I should have paid for the shipping and be done w it but it was just the principle.
