Letter was sent claiming recipient won $450,000.00 of the USA Mega (sweepstakes draw). The letter also contained a check from Weaver Leather, Mt. Hope, OH in the amount of $4,500.00. Recipient was instructed to call the number, claim the prize, deposit the check and they would receive after paying $3,500.00 in a processing fee, the remainder of $450,000.00.
