Congratulations! Your response is satisfactory. It is official that you have just been confirmed as qualified for this position at Weaver Realty Group. You will be going through an orientation, which is a 3-day program which will be via a Zoom meeting with a company representative. The pay rate for this position is $43 per hour, the weekly hours are 40 hours Mon-Fri.
Now you have the chance to show us your commitment, charisma, diligence, and productivity first-hand. Please read the information below carefully so that you fully understand the orientation process, the skills required of you, and related details.
I understand you want to start as soon as possible. You will be undergoing a 3-day training and orientation which will be on a secure server because of our company policy, which prioritizes the privacy of the company.
However, we will provide you with the materials by funding it so you can buy them and get ready for the orientation for which a date will be communicated.
Below are the requirements for the orientation:
-Apple - MacBook Pro 16" Display with Touch Bar - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 8TB SSD Intel
-Peachtree Complete Accounting Software
-Sage Simply Accounting Software
-Vendor Management
After the company has funded you, you are required to purchase the MacBook and have the software installed online or at a local store near you.
I am going to prepare you for the orientation before handing over to the head of the hiring department(Carl Wellington) who will be taking you to the zoom meeting during the orientation.
Also, you will then begin a one-week probationary period, after which you will start enjoying our benefits package, which includes health, dental, employee wellness, and 401k plans along with paid time off, holidays, and generous company discounts.
