I was on my computer and a screen popped up with" WINDOWS" on it . The screen declared my computer had crashed. I tried to close out the site. I turned off the computer and then turned it back on after a few seconds and could not get the "windows" site to be removed. There was a message on the site that my computer had been hacked and that I had to call the number listed for help. I called the number . The individual walked me through

a recovery asking my password, date of birth, e-mail address, fb. I paid $99.99 for this fraud service!
