Company charged me for a website and never provided me one. I paid half up front and the final half of my payment was paid about a month later and at that time I was supposed to be provided my website. Both credit card charges were from two different merchants on my Capital One credit card. Holistic Web Studios keeps changing business addresses, phone number and names of the team members posted on their website. My credit card company (Capital One) will not refund me because the merchant (Holistic Web Studios) lied and said that they provided me the website, when in fact they only provided me a .pdf mock lay out of what said website should look like. When I asked merchant for refund after it was clear that I wasn't receiving a website from them, they wouldn't provide me one was they said I was past the project timeline to receive a refund under their terms and conditions. I would love to be refunded for this as I didn't receive a website, but neither the merchant or my credit card company will provide me one. I just don't want anyone else in a situation like mine and be out money for something they never received.
