They are a total scam.
If they put as much time into creating a website as they do assuring you that a website is being created, this would be a different review.
You will not receive a refund. The 100% refund guarantee and policy is a farce.
Then you wait. They don't complete and they don't give you your money back.
Watch out!

Type of a scam Tech Support
First the company tried to get us to pay for (SEO) even though we had 6 months free.
Did not give a price on the SEO cost.
Then wanted us to pay $1,000.00 for revisions for things that they messed up on that were common since.
One was search bar was black on black could not tell you typed anything.
The tabs were uneven across the top of the screen.
Truck/Car parts on the screen and tabs for truck parts/accessories. We told them in the beginning we are a Power Sport Dealer.
Vehicle Lookup Tool was hidden with a small arrow that does not say anything about it.
Lookup tool not working. (Still Does Not Work)
On the welcome screen it showed. (Welcome To Montana) in white & (Power Products) in orange. Our company is called (Montana Power Products) should have been common since that (Welcome To) in white & (Montana Power Products) in orange made it look very unprofessional.
Another was after we threw the contract at them about unlimited revisions, they fixed a few of the problems we told them about. Except for lookup tool and they completely removed parts tab & never fixed email address. Next they tell us we needed to give them the Hosting & Domain (like we were hosting the site ourselves) and once again threw the contract at them and told them that they are the ones hosting the site and included in the contract. So they fixed that but hosted our website out of Pakistan. Which would make it difficult and slow for people to shop on our website since we are based in USA.
Another issue was after requesting us for the Hosting & Domain the company wanted us to upgrade our hosting. Wouldn’t you think an e-commerce site would support customers since it is called an e-commerce website? One person said: “Hope you're well and satisfied with quality and process so far. I am the head of development team here at Web Experio and wanted to reach out to shed some light on your current hosting plan, which is on a Shared Hosting Server where multiple other sites are also deployed with yours. Unfortunately that will not able to accommodate all the E commerce functionalities on the site along with a heavy amount of daily traffic/visitors fluently & efficiently anymore, resulting in a heavy lag, increased pages load time, stuck while browsing, functionalities issue and decreasing the overall website performance and hence losing productivity and ROI.”
We requested a refund due to it taking months and still issues with the website. Also, because they kept asking us for more money for things already included in the package. They told us the front and back of the website is complete and ready to go live. Which marks the point the projects not eligible for any refund/money back as per our terms and conditions.
Contract says once the website has been designed, developed, and deployed live.
They have told us multiple times that the website is ready to go live. But it has not been ready without having products on their, parts tab missing, wrong email address and lookup tool does not working. Also we ask for a refund someone contacts us making promises we will get your website up within 72 hours. So we spoke to Terry D McGinnis (requested refund) Spoke to Randolph Kent (requested refund) and now Mr. Thomas. Seems like we request refund they push us up the ladder and get another person to push the website out further.
The last time we were passed off to another person name Mr. Thomas told us I am the manager and can pull more stings then anyone else. We told him we are done and want our money back, but he kept telling us we cannot get our money back because we demanded revisions. Look at the refund policy and kept interrupting us while we tried to explain the policy to him. We asked him “if your developers put something on the website that is not supposed to be there, and we ask them to remove it. That is demanding revisions.” He told us yes that would be demanding revisions. Their refund terms make it where no matter what, after you agree to the contract you do not have any ability to get a refund. Mr. Thomas also stated it is not their responsibility to upload products to the website. If that’s the case, then it should say that customer responsible for product upload. But looking at the product terms that we were given it does not state we have to upload the products. It is not an ecommerce website if there are no products on the site and in that case not ready to go live without being able to sell products to the customer.
Terms says: CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION
Web Experio will not be responsible for creating or populating content (e.g. text/Images) into the website, unless purchased exclusively otherwise. In which case:
• Web Experio will populate the website with content created for the client
o The content/text for the website will be created specifically for the customer's website.
• Web Experio will populate the website with images.
o Web Experio will acquire stock imagery for client from stock photo websites.
o Images will be purchased upon approval from the client.
o Web Experio will not be responsible in any way shape or form, for any similarities between images used on the site that may or may not resemble other websites.
• Web Experio will populate the website with products and product details.
o Product images and product details will be provided by the client.
With that being said we are an authorized Dealer for Polaris, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, KTM, Husquvarna & Hustler. Parts Unlimited & Western Power Sports. We have the right to sell their items so have access to the products to sell them. Web Experio have requested us to give them photos for the products which also states that Web Experio will acquire stock imagery for client from stock photo websites. Which means they were having the client do the work while they took the pay. Also States Web Experio will populate the website with products and product details. Although it does say Product images and product details will be provided by the client. We have provided them product info but want us to put it into a specific format. We are not developers so we should not have to do the hand work of someone else when we are paying the company to do the work. In that case we would have did this ourselves and not be in this mess today.
I told Mr. Thomas that Terry told us that we do not qualify for refund because the front and backend of the website is complete and Ready to go live. Which would mean that the refund is valid because policy says: Void If: The Website has been designed, developed, and deployed live. He told us no because of the other part of the refund policy.
This company tried to charge us for SEO. No price stated.
This company tried to charge us for Revisions. $1,000.00 which states in their policy that “You are not liable to pay additional price if the design concepts are not changed. You will have your revised design in 48 hours. Which also broke their policy since they did not fix the Email, Lookup Tool or Parts Tab still and been long over 48 hours.”
Refund Voided Because Demanding Revisions. First part of Terms & Condition States: You can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details. So, you demand revisions (we ask for correction which should not be considered demanding) and you do not get a refund. Conflict in Terms & Condition: So, should void that Terms & Condition.
Asked us to upgrade our website hosting/domain which is stated in the Terms & Condition:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY
Web Experio is primarily a design service and design consultancy provider. We will design and develop the services that the client needs. On occasions our packages and services purchased will include technical aspects to help the client with their websites and emails. Web Experio will not be responsible for providing detailed trainings or installations of said services on the Customer's end. Such services may include but not limited to:

So, with this company breaking their Terms & Condition by requesting us to pay for revisions when we have unlimited revisions. Requesting us to pay for Website Hosting/Domain and it is supposed to be provided by Web Experio. Also asking us to pay for SEO when its free for 6 months. Saying we do not qualify for the refund because we demanded revisions. When the first part of the Terms and condition states “The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package and you can demand as much revisions as stated in your package details.” Also not getting revisions done in 48 hours like stated in the Terms and Condition. This company is very unorganized and does not know what they sell their customers, nor do they follow their own Terms & Condition. There for we are requesting them to return us our money in full.
Every Review I have come across was bad and calling this company a scam. They show on their website great reviews but google shows horrible reviews and oldest one I seen when I looked before was 2 weeks and now 1 month. Also Better Business Bureau shows bad review and one complaint with no response from the company. With that if they did a great job there should be some good reviews. They show their business in Los Angeles California at US Bank Tower 633 West 5th Street, Los Angeles, CA but no one can confirm it nor are they listed with the building. We believe this company is out of the USA most of the people we have spoken to on the phone are rude and cannot speak English very well.

? This has happened twice: First time with Terry D McGinnis asking us “for login for Domain/Hosting” Dear Randy,I am sorry I am bit confused. You have the domain purchased already correct? I need the login details for that so we can upload the website up to your domain.
Regards
Terry
? Again with Mr. Thomas. “A: Well we can upload the products on a demo but there is a limit to that un-likely in your case there are a lot of products and they cannot be accommodated on a demo link, So what I will suggest you is that you provide us a sub domain and we will host that on our server to make the site live and upload the products in the meantime as discussed earlier without the worry about the space as it will be on a sub domain not the actual domain.”
? We have unlimited product on our package now you want a sub-domain we are responsible for not according to your Terms & Condition.

We were asked the option to make the website live on 06/25/2020 by Terry D McGinnis and with that there was no products, no rating and reviews, no Social Media Pages, No Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+ & Pinterest Page Designs, no tell a friend feature & no Social Media Plugins Integration. Your company was trying to short us on what we paid for and tried to charge us more for what we already paid for too.
We are requesting our money back because on several occasions your company has violated their own Terms & Condition. Which would have made us pay more money for things that were already covered under our E-Commerce Elite Package we purchased and covered under your Terms & Condition. On several occasions your company has violated its Terms & Condition with it taking longer then 48 hours for revisions. We are extremely nervous about working with a company that is constantly breaking their own Terms & Condition and requesting us to pay more money for things that are included in our E-Commerce Package & Terms & Condition. Either you refund us our full money back $2,500.00 or we take this up with Consumer Protection Office.
Thanks,
Alex
