I received this request and communicated with this Paula person on several times is this a scam?

I did receive a call from a mentor Mr. Michael Carmichael phone number at 480-427-0610. I have an audio of the phone call.

I don't know if this is a scam or not. That is why I am contacting you. I received a phone call from a woman who told me that their company HSC LLC was about to close my account due to the inability to collect the ongoing monthly fee of 32.50. She said that their organization is required to contact their associates prior to closing any account. She said that my total commissions from the site today totals $3,648.98 She claims that I signed up for a business offer to be affiliated with a website: elitewebmall.com. I do remember this. They probably required a minimal upfront fee, then a cc was on auto draft for the monthly maintenance fee. I was told that I would be coupled with a mentor who would guide me in ways to maximize my business account. I either missed the mentor's phone call, or for whatever reason, I don't remember ever getting matched with a mentor. Then I probably became employed and forgot all about this. At that time, they told me that if I did nothing at all, I would receive some commission the way that they had the business platform structured, however, to maximize my account, they recommended that I get matched with a mentor. She is requesting a payment of 390.00 which is the collective past monthly fees that they have been unable to collet. She is requesting payment of the $390.00 by cashiers check or money order, in order for them to mail my commission check. This sounds very suspicious to me, but since I do remember talk of being matched with a mentor and selecting a monthly auto draft, I am still not certain.
