Unsatisfied Experience

I bought this program from this company for $1284.00 in September 2020 for a lifetime membership. I was told that this protection program prevented hacking and unauthorized users accessing my computer. I was on the web and all of a sudden my computer was taken over by someone. My computer had a Red Alert on the screen and at that point i turned my computer off. I called this company and reported this issue. They worked on my computer for over 15 hours to try and fix my computer. I was called and was told that they could not clear up my computer because it was my fault (Something about an unauthorized website or something). They told me it was my fault and I told them i paid $1284.00 dollars to prevent these things from happening. They again stated that there was nothing they could do to restore my computer. John Car called and stated the same thing. I told Car that he had 2 options, 1 Return my $1284 dollars or option 2 Fix my computer that I paid them to take care of, Car stated I was not getting a refund and hung up. The customer service representatives are quick to say its the owners fault instead of taking responsibility for their product.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR THIS COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUES OF HACKING AND OTHER MALICIOUS MALWARE ON ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM.

Had a pop up on my laptop instructing me to contact a number before doing anything else or I would lose everything. Contacted WebMatrix Solutions and they charged me 1300$ to load Anti Virus protection. While it does appear they loaded a significant amount of protection, I was contacted a couple of weeks later by someone representing their company telling me I was eligible for a refund as recommended by the ScamPulse.com due to a glitch in their system causing some of the programs to stop running. They then scammed me into believing I made a keying error and now owed them almost 12,000$ and I needed to pay them back right away or face IRS and freezing all my financial transactions. And I had to pay them back with gift cards. I lost 2900$ before I realized what was happening! I felt soooo stupid!
