A spyware warning appeared with a telephone number on my computer on Saturday March 9. Unable to access my computer, by doing normal things to it to get rid of warning. computer locked out. I called the number which they indicated was an Apple number. They referred me to this company which in turn said they could fix the spyware and build a firewall to prevent any more IPV trojans. On Tuesday it was discovered that the firewall still wasn't built and it was open to other connections. I have called the Credit Card people to start and investigation against the company. I discovered this thru a company that I was trying to return some merchandise. They said the account for return had bee compromised and firewall was not built.

Would like to have an investigation and/or someone get back to me about whether this company is legitimate.
