Rep called asking to verify address. I replied "yes" to which they recorded. I received an email with an invoice for 599.00 requesting payment. In speaking to the rep, we were given one free year of "optimal search engine" for our business. We were billed for the 2nd year. I said I would never agree to this and they "played" back the recording stating they were emailing the invoice of $599.00 to which they recording "yes" played back. They told me they would give me a discount if I paid "today". I refused to pay. They have not contacted me as of yet.
