I signed up with Webador in September 2023 for two websites. The trial fee was $1.00 for 30 days. After the 30 days the plans I picked were Pro plan for $12.00 per month and Business plan for $24.00 per month. I asked for the Business plan to be downgraded 2 weeks ago and they informed me it was downgraded. I found out today it hasn't AND the websites haven't been published after I've paid the trial fee and got the domain transferred from hover to webador. I was informed today that "the domain names" weren't transferred when they were on November 7, 2023 according to their website. I'm realizing providing no address, no phone numbers only an email address for contact isn't a normal way for customers to contact the company. I'm going to delete the websites but needed to report them to the BBB.
