To be honest, look someplace else. Don’t waste your money.
They lied to me the second I got on the phone with them. The work was shotty. The timeliness was slow.
The way they spoke it sounded like the company was huge. It is not. It is made up of a few late twenties early thirty year olds. There is no one running the place, so you will have no structure, no recourse and no accountability from anyone. They make up their titles as they go along. Whomever you want to speak with I guarantee will be a tech pretending to be that role.
Their work was so bad that it took me an entire day to make all the corrections, and they STILL got it wrong! They are liars, cheats and will not take your job seriously.
One more thing, they make you pay thousands of dollars before they get started. If you try to sue them (which you will want) good luck trying to find out who the parent company is. (I finally found out)
The offices they have listed in the states are bogus. This “company” is a joke. It’s a foreign entity letting some young kids run the asylum.

I own a small ecommerce business. I was contacted by text message by someone saying they are from webappvault.com. They offered a variety of services to me. They couldn't tell me how they got my phone number. I ended up talking via text, and then we got on the phone. The individual introduced himself as Zack Smith. We discussed my current website and potential improvements that could be made. He let me know they offer a variety of services including digital market and custom website creation. I was potentially interested in both, as my current website could be upgraded. Zack "transferred" me to Chris Welsh (or Walsh), but Zack stayed on the line. Chris gave me more technical details. He was familiar with the web app vault website, including all the pricing, so this made me believe in the situation a bit more. Chris pressured very hard that I commit to something today, even though I explained to him that my business would not be in a great spot to make additional payments for about another month. Chris stressed the importance of getting this process started fast. Their website says the turnaround to show you the first draft of a custom built website is 48-72 hours. Chris said it would be more like 48 hours. We decided I would put down 300.00, and the rest of the 1349.00 would be due later. Chris sent my an invoice that looked real, and I paid with credit card. I finished the call with Zack again where he took down more details about what exactly I wanted my site to look like. Five days later, and I still hadn't heard anything, so I texted Zack--never a response. The next day, I went on the website and sent a message through the website-- no response. Later I called the number displayed on the site. It went to an individual's voicemail. That individual called me back later, and we spoke for a bit. He explained why on my credit card it was charged to a medical billing company. He said Chris Welsh is someone he works alongside. He said he would make sure Chris would call me back to discuss my site within four hours--Chris never called. The next day I texted Zack again and called the number on the site again--no responses to either. So now at over a week with no real update, I called my credit company to make a dispute. That dispute is pending. I am writing this at about 11 days since the initial sales call, and no one from this "company" will contact me back. I am concerned because I do not recall what all company information I gave to them on the sales call. I feel foolish, but there was evidence this could be real. At this point, I don't know if this is a scam, or just a very, very poor operation, but I will never work with them.
