Web Design Harbour appears to be a scam company who charged my elderly father over 10,000 dollars to create an extremely basic website. They continued to issue false invoices for nonsensical services such as 'Server' charges and fees to google, taking advantage of my father who recently suffered a stroke. When Web Design Harbour was engaged to validate and provide proof of services rendered, not only were they unable to provide anything, they indicated in fact the company address displayed on their website is not correct. After much back and forth, they finally provided what LLC they claim to use, which is called: JTZIPIFY LLC This LLC is not active. Based on communications with this false company, it seems likely they are operating outside of the US, though setting up temporary LLCs in order to charge peoples' credit cards. I can provide additional detail, including the false invoices and email communications if needed. Despite requesting a full refund for the fraudulent services, Web Design Harbour communicated they are unwilling to refund anything.

The scammer promised to do a beautiful website with SEO and logos with business cards , but did not do the logo and give me my business cards. I also paid for marketing and they said I would make double the money from the ecommerce store they created on my website, but I didn’t make a dime. They denied me access to my website and demanded that I pay extra money to gain access into my website. They claim they are website developers and help with SEO.

My husband and I hired this company to build a website for us. They told us on the initial call that their package included the website build, the rights to the website, and the software to run the website. The initial cost was $1,500. Throughout the process we were constantly called back to purchase more services like the hosting enhanced, Domain name($1,425),and Business Pro Package. We were told we could not have our website go live without these, so we paid them. Then about 60 days later they contacted us again stating that google said we had no rights to reserve for our website and that we needed to pay then an additional $1500 for that to be completed. At that time we said no. We throughly comb through our website and notice that certain thing were missing like being able to receive payments online for customers, our disclosure statement. We also found out that our domain name was through cheapname. After disputing the concerns with the company, we asked for our agreement contract that they said we signed which we didn't. The did not provide that document. We then research their company and found that they were not a registered business in California. They then repeatedly called my job harassing for payment. The two men were ***** and ***** we were in contact. They never revealed their face whenever we did our Zoom meeting when creating the website after asking them.
