I click on story when I was playing microsoft soltaire got buzzing sounds that my computer was infected & not to shut down my computer. I made the mistake of calling the 800 number on the screen. someone answered & fixed the issue but they wanted $500. for a three year program for my computer. luckily I looked the company name up before I sent anything & found out it was a scam.
