I was on icare gifts website to order an inmate package. I ordered and was told in an email how to pay with Zelle or cash app. After paying with Zelle the website said payment pending. I called icare and was told scammers redirected my payment. Icare knows this is a problem but on their website they do not warn buyers of this problem. I feel it is their responsibility to do something about it. Because I cares not doing anything I am out $110 It is Icares website they need to control it.
