I received a mask from the company that stopped working after just two months. When I contacted customer service, they promised to send a replacement. However, it's been over a month, and I still haven't received the new mask. They haven't provided any tracking information, and my emails to customer service have led to nothing but vague responses.

I even wrote a review on Amazon detailing my experience, and they reached out, asking me to remove the review and give them five stars in exchange for sending the mask within two days. I refused, insisting they should have sent it when they initially promised. This experience has led me to believe that the company is selling low-quality products and may be engaging in questionable business practices.
