I placed an order that I saw on Instagram, buy 2 bottles for $39 ?and change) and get 2 bottles free. When the charge went through on my card, I was charged for all 5 bottles. I immediately called Customer Service. The Rep that I spoke with, after trying to understand him and waiting 5 min to talk with him, said that on his end, I had bought all 5 bottles and there wasn't a deal like that. So I asked to cancel my entire order as this is blatant false advertising. He then tells me that I can't cancel an order the same day that I place an order, the "system won't allow it". I responded that I believe that legally, I have the right to do this. He said for me to call back in 2 days. I responded back and said, How do I know that this won't be shipped within that time period?

He said, "the system won't let it".
