I am just simply not sure if this is a scam or not. I went online to indeed.com and saw that there was an opening for an online marketing consultant. I heard a response within five minutes of applying, which already let me to be suspicious. A few days after, I received an interview phone call which lasted about an hour. He told me I was hired, out of 300" other people" who applied... he then sent me a W9, which of course must entail my Social Security number. I am just suspicious and would like this figured out.
