This company called me about a year ago to tell me my computer had been targeted by hackers and said it was Microsoft Windows certified. The caller persuaded me to let him take over my computer and run tests. Then told me to buy several software protection plans.

They sent me a letter that read:

Plan Name: Lifetime Level 3 Network Security and Browser Protection

There are three phone numbers I can call for help or from which they call.

800-518-7670

888-928-1278

570-245-6314

Each time they call it cost me hundreds of dollars for upgrades.

I tried to find them online but only can find a company in New York which isn't this company.

I haven't notice any suspicious activities on my bank accounts or investment companies, but I am afraid there is some wrong with this whole idea.

Can you help me?
