2023 logged onto computer after personal laptop had a security breach per them. Paid for fix by check $229. Then called in 2024 said I owed for lifetime security $9000. Told to cancel. Said I needed to log on to computer to do that . Once on then said to cancel I need to pay 2000. I completely said no. Then she ( NAME) said finally with our tax cost best she could do was 1200. Said she wouldn't cancel until they got the check in 10 to 15 days after I called her on 305 900 2770 to say it was mailed. If not I had to pay 9000.
