I saw their add on craigslist in the San Antonio area. I looked at their website and it says in order to apply send email with attached resume. A week goes by and I get an email saying that I am hired and need to pay for my own background check and because they don't want to chance of a failed background check. The gave me a link to Universal Employment Limited.Com. This website asked for a one time fee of $198.00 for a background check.

After a few days of doing some research I find several other people reported them saying that Webster Contracting International is a high risk scam.
