Address provided here is supposed to be the company's headquarters in Nevada, but the address comes up as a UPS store. Furthermore, the particular address and/or phone number for this company shows up as the address/phone number for several other businesses on the Internet (screenshots included.) And the St. Rose Square mall directory they are listed under does not reflect any business by the name of Web Success Portal (https://strosesquare.com/shops/).
Web Success Portal claims on their own website to be located at 615 Whispering Winds Trail, Fenton, Michigan. We have tried to reach out to the city clerk of this town with no success, as on satellite, this address appears to be a home in a suburb. On Facebook, they are claiming the same address, but out of the state of Missouri. This address does not exist in Missouri. According to the contract my targeted family member received, the company claims to be operating under California law. Last but not least, the representative that has been in weekly contact from this company (Crystal Ericson) claims to be operating out of Arizona. She is the one who provided the Nevada address, when requested, to forward a complaint to the company. When we told them we suspected they were a scam, we were threatened with legal action. To quote, “I wouldn’t do that if I was you.”
After being in contact off and on with this company by phone and email for 5 months, they have stopped answering any communication altogether. Scam suspected due to the details above.
