I have been applying for several jobs. I've applied to so many that I haven't noticed the job descriptions fully. I was approached by several companies within a span of 3 or 4 days for interviews. These interview requests were all for the same job title - Junior Project Manager - but the job was not mentioned in any of these interview requests. The websites for each of these "marketing companies" are all different, however they are all extremely vague. They will list big name companies as their "clients" but don't detail any of the work they have done for them. Usually they will say their clients are AT&T, Netflix, Verizon - or they will just say they have worked with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits. All the LinkedIn pages have 1 generic statement, no people at their companies, they were all created in January 2023, and are "looking to expand their business immediately!" The interview requests came to my email with no branding, and I also received a text message. They all asked for a zoom meeting and used the same scheduler.

The interview I had was with a company called WeCreate. It was a group interview where the HR manager asked everyone in the call (about 12), where they were from, their long-term goals, and how soon they would be able to start. That was the whole interview. She then contacted me and let me know that I made it to the 2nd round of interviews which was a full day of shadowing. I didn't accept because I kept getting job offers for the exact same thing! That's when I knew it was a scam. I started to look up these companies but couldn't find any information about them anywhere. They aren't listed in any business database.

Here are all the companies I believe are scams: WeCreate (wecreateny.com), Four Seasons Marketing (fourseasonschicago.com), Top Floor Marketing (top-floor.co), Kyanite PR (kyanitepr.com), LUX Brand (weareluxbrand.com).

Note: the linkedin icon on Top Floor's webpage takes you to wix - it doesn't seem like they have a linkedin page.
